When reporting a bug, it helps to include your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
💳 Manage or cancel your subscription
Lievo Premium is billed through your Apple ID, so Apple handles all billing, cancellation, and refunds:
- Manage or cancel: open Apple's subscription settings (or on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lievo). Canceling keeps Premium until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: request directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restore purchases: in Lievo, go to Settings → Restore Purchases after reinstalling or switching devices.
🗑️ Delete your data
Lievo keeps your data on your device and in your own private iCloud — we run no servers and hold no copy. To erase everything, open Lievo → Settings → Delete My Data. This wipes your stats, streaks, settings, and synced records, and returns the app to a fresh state. Deleting the app after that removes every trace.
🛡️ Screen Time permission issues
Lievo blocks apps using Apple's Screen Time technology, which requires your one-time permission. If blocking ever stops working, open Lievo — the home screen will tell you if access needs to be re-granted, and one tap fixes it.
Common questions
My reps aren't counting — what should I check?
Three things fix nearly every case: make sure your whole body is in frame (the coaching screen shows the right distance), wear reasonably fitted clothing so the camera can find your joints, and check your lighting — the camera needs to see you. Each exercise's coaching screen (the "?" button) shows exactly how to set up.
Can I change which apps are blocked?
Any time: Lievo → Settings → Blocked Apps. Changes to your unlock duration or exercise targets apply from your next earned window onward.
Does Lievo work on iPad or Android?
Lievo is iPhone-only for now — it's built on Apple's Screen Time, camera, and motion-tracking technologies.
Why does the app need camera access?
The camera is how Lievo verifies real exercise. All motion tracking happens on your iPhone; frames are analyzed in memory and discarded, and nothing is ever uploaded. Details in our Privacy Policy.
